PPA246

I've decided to enter this weeks challenge over at Pals Paper Arts. The mission this week was a colour challenge.

And my card to showcase these lovely colours. This was my sisters birthday card. As you can see, she was celebrating a very special birthday. (Shhh, don't let her know I told you how old she is!)
