Well, it's been a bit of a crafty weekend. I've been working on the cards for a couple of swaps that I joined because I don't want to leave it until the last minute.
On the "for me" side, here is this weeks *Lunch Box Love Note* for the love of my life! These love notes are ATC size cards decorated with whatever mood and materials strike my fancy.
I thought it was so cute that I decided to make a full size card.
I've been so remiss with my blogging lately (I know...bad, bad!!! LOL) It just seems that life (or maybe it's laziness?) gets in the way. I have been working on a few things to share. The hard part is deciding which card I'm going to give to the love of my life! Maybe I'll leave a few around for him to come across and put one in with his lunch.
I made him a love note tin from a Stampin' Up! cd size metal container. About once a week he finds it in with his lunch with a love note inside. He says it really brightens his day.
The three large hearts on the bottom are punched out of the red paper to made windows for the stamp. The large and medium white hearts are stamped with a background heart stamp and then punched and attached. The tiny hearts are just punched out of the white paper and attached.
Ahh, Valentine's Day...cards, flowers,chocolate. What's not to love?
This card does not use all Stampin' Up! products, but it's so cute I couldn't resist.
Cardstock: white (Stampin' Up) Ink Poppy Parade (Stampin' Up) Misc: red ribbon, heart punch, red cardstock, stamps, polka dot paper I will be posting more cards as soon as I can get some made up. Hugs, Michelle
