Rockin' My World Friday

Ahhh, it's that wonderful day again--Friday! Pop round and visit Virginia to see part of the reason Friday is such a lovely day.

Thanks in part to such a busy week at work not much has been going on. You know the routine: work, eat, sleep, repeat...bah!

Onto what has been making me do a happy dance.

1. As usual, it's Friday--no work for a couple of days.

2.The Thanksgiving long weekend here in Canada--an extra day off work--woo hoo!

3. Cooler nights meaning cozy fires whilst watching the telly in the evening.

4. The lovely fall colours starting to show up in the trees.

And the one that's making me do the CrAzY happy dance:

5: Down 3 pounds since this time last week!!! Go me!

Huh, not a picture in sight this post so I'll leave you with something that always makes me smile: my bullies!

Have an awesome week and thanks for stopping by!

  1. HUGE congratulations on the weight loss well done :)

I'm loving the autumnal colours everywhere at the moment - autumn is probably my favourite time of year.

Lovely to meet a new Rocker since last time I played along :) Have a great week Michelle.

  2. Oh I love your positives, the weight loss is fabulous - I've managed 1.5lb this week, taking me through a stone mark and equalling a 5% weight loss so happy on that front too!

Thanksgiving always seems like such a fantastic idea, I don't think people take the time to be thankful so having a holiday to do just that is fabulous.

We;re getting some lovely autumnal colours too I love this time of year!

  3. Well done on the weight loss. I hate the colder nights but do love the autumn colours

  4. Well done for the weight-loss. I wish I could celebrate in the same way!
I too love the autumn colours though there is not much vegetation left here to turn colour. Anyway, summer has returned for us this week and it is still warm and sunny, so we won't be lighting any fires just yet. Thanks for sharing. Have a good week. Kate x
